Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the environment in which I was raised. My family has always been deeply committed to supporting our community, driven by a sense of responsibility and the ability to help others whenever possible. Growing up in that environment instilled in me the importance of giving back, and it has remained a guiding principle throughout my life. Today, I see that same value reflected in my children, which reinforces that this mindset has truly become a natural part of who I am.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would advise young women entering this industry to become examples for those who follow. Approach the field not only as a career but as an opportunity to demonstrate its value and impact on communities. By showing what’s possible, you can inspire others and help shape a more inclusive and productive industry.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

I would say one of the biggest challenges in my field is keeping pace with the rapidly evolving landscape of clean energy. There are constantly new technologies and solutions emerging, and staying informed about the most efficient and impactful options for diverse communities—whether in highly visible or underserved areas—is essential. Additionally, as a woman in a field that is predominantly male, I sometimes encounter unique challenges. However, these experiences also present opportunities to lead, advocate for inclusion, and demonstrate the value of diverse perspectives in advancing the industry.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that are most important to me, both personally and professionally, are compassion and integrity. I strive to approach every interaction with empathy and honesty, ensuring that my decisions and actions reflect these principles consistently.
