01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and develop training programs that are clear, concise, and tailored to the needs of each audience. I am detail-oriented and believe effective learning comes from delivering the right information in a way that is practical, engaging, and easy to apply.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I've ever received is to act as you should, not as you feel. Emotions can be temporary, but professionalism, consistency, and integrity leave a lasting impression. I've also learned that perception matters—how you present yourself, communicate, and respond to challenges plays a significant role in building trust and credibility throughout your career.
