Yolanda Lee

Yolanda Dillard owns and operates a personal chef and catering business in Red Hook, New York, where she serves as owner, operator, secretary, and menu curator. She has worked in the culinary field for over 20 years, beginning in family kitchens and advancing through culinary high school and the Culinary Institute of America in the Hudson Valley. After gaining experience in restaurants and hospitality, including helping to open a restaurant in Red Hook, she transitioned to catering in 2015 to achieve greater scheduling flexibility following the birth of her daughter. Dillard furthered her expertise by studying Sichuan cuisine in China, which inspired her passion for travel and authentic cultural cooking, reflected in her website www.hungryfortravel.org. She is an active member of Hudson Valley Women in Business and contributes to food insecurity relief efforts through Open Arms Christian Ministries International, the Food Duchess Coalition, and the Dutchess County Food Alliance.
