She is a distinguished branding, leadership development, and strategic communications executive with decades of experience driving organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and corporate brand equity across the pharmaceutical, consulting, and professional development sectors.
Currently serving as Founder of Brand Builders University and CEO & Chief Brandthrupist of Branding 4 Success, LLC, she empowers organizations to turn employees into brand ambassadors through leadership training, professional development, and strategic brand positioning. She also serves as Strategic Advisor at New Enterprise Ventures, guiding early-stage companies in the U.S. healthcare market.
Her corporate career includes serving as Sr. Director of Culture Communications and Oncology Customer Engagement Leader at Eli Lilly and Company, where she drove culture communications, customer engagement strategy, and external relations. During her 15-year tenure at Lilly, she led the development of the Lilly for Better Health™ multi-channel platform, earned MarCom Gold and PSRA Diamond Awards, and established the Education Center of Excellence, resulting in 54 academic partnerships and a 60% shift in industry perceptions from negative to positive.
She holds an Executive Leadership Certification in Influence & Decision Making from Georgetown University and is a Certified Brand Analyst through 360Reach.
