About Yolanda Sayles

Yolanda Sayles Robinson  is an experienced IT diversified professional based in Montgomery, Alabama, with a distinguished career spanning over four decades in information technology and federal service. She has built a strong foundation in leadership, technical support, requirements analysis, business development, and strategic planning. A significant portion of her career has been dedicated to supporting the United States Department of Defense, where she has served in various technical and analytical roles, including software engineering, IT customer support, and business analysis. Throughout her extensive tenure, Yolanda has contributed to complex systems development and operational support within the U.S. Air Force environment, particularly at Maxwell Air Force Base. Her expertise includes system monitoring, database management, software configuration, and acting as a liaison between technical teams and end users. In addition to her government service, she has worked with multiple organizations as a business analyst, where she has been responsible for defining system requirements, conducting testing and validation, and improving business processes through data-driven solutions. Yolanda holds a Master of Science degree from Troy University and continues to expand her academic and professional journey by pursuing doctoral studies in psychology, with a specialization in gerontology. Motivated by a passion for improving the lives of older adults and inspired by her family’s longevity, she aims to integrate her technical expertise with psychological research to support aging populations. She is currently seeking new professional opportunities, including both on-site roles in the Montgomery area and remote positions, where she can continue applying her extensive IT and analytical experience while advancing her work in psychology.
