Yoselyn Santos

Yoselyn Santos is a healthcare executive and entrepreneur based in Orlando, Florida, with over two decades of experience in physician recruitment, provider onboarding, and multistate medical licensing. She is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Physicians Placement Services, Inc. (PPS Consulting Group), where she leads workforce strategy and consulting services focused on connecting physicians and advanced practice providers with underserved and critical-need healthcare communities. A member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), she is recognized for her leadership in strengthening access to primary care and improving healthcare delivery systems.

Originally from Puerto Rico, Yoselyn Santos holds a Master of Business Administration from Interamerican University of Puerto Rico. She began her career supporting medical professionals with career placement and licensing processes, later expanding into independent consulting and establishing her own firm after relocating to Florida as a single mother of three.
