Her Interview
Ten minutes with Yulia
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to believing in myself and living by heart. At some point I realized that despite anything, if I wasn't going to start doing what is my calling like patient care, I wasn't going to be happy. The whole transformation mentally and career-wise started when I started following my goal and put effort and time into that.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would advise young women to go to a lot of professional networking events. You never know who will give you the right advice, the right leads, right information. Talk to as many professionals in the field who are more experienced than you are and just make friends in the field.
