Yuliya Veremiyenko-Campos, LL.M. is an accomplished Immigration Attorney and the Managing Attorney at YVC Legal PLLC. Licensed in New York and Maryland, she specializes in business immigration law, focusing on EB-5, EB-1, EB-2, E-2, L-1, and H-1B visas, as well as adjustment of status and consular processing. As both an attorney and an immigrant, Yuliya brings a unique, empathetic perspective to her work, understanding firsthand the challenges her clients face while navigating the U.S. immigration system. Her greatest professional achievement to date has been founding YVC Legal PLLC in 2023, a firm built on integrity, precision, and dedication to client success.
Before establishing her own practice, Yuliya honed her expertise at Donoso & Partners, LLC and Global Migration Law Group, PLLC, where she advanced from Legal Intern to Senior Attorney. She has represented investors, multinational executives, professionals, and entrepreneurs, helping them achieve their immigration goals with efficiency and confidence. Known for her professionalism and deep commitment to her clients, Yuliya strives to make the immigration process less stressful by providing clear guidance and reliable support every step of the way.
Yuliya earned her Master of Laws (LL.M.) in U.S. Law from George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School and a Master’s degree in International Law from Kiev National Taras Shevchenko University, Institute of International Relations. She credits her mother—an inspiring businesswoman in Ukraine who continues to thrive despite the challenges facing her country—as her greatest mentor and source of motivation. What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my determination and resilience. Once I set my mind to achieving a goal, I commit fully and follow through with persistence and focus, regardless of the challenges I may face.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received is to have something of my own and not be afraid to make mistakes. I’ve learned that growth often comes from taking risks, embracing challenges, and learning from every experience along the way.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to seek counsel from other women. Surround yourself with those who have walked the path before you, listen to their experiences, and learn from their successes and challenges. Collaboration and mentorship can be powerful tools for growth and confidence.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges and opportunities in my field right now is helping clients reduce their anxiety and stress throughout the process. By creating a supportive and transparent environment, I can help clients feel more informed, confident, and at ease, turning what can be an overwhelming experience into a positive and empowering one.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Family is the most important value in my life. It serves as my foundation and motivation, guiding the way I approach both my work and personal commitments with care, integrity, and dedication.
