Ten minutes with Yvonne

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to evolving in my career and focusing on the impact and the lives that I am able to change, not for the money but the impact on the community.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

There will be bumps in the road, but never give up. Sometimes you'll get redirected but everything happens for a reason. Don't let that hold you back.

03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest opportunity is growth in the data field. Having general knowledge of data opens up so many doors, you can work remote, it's about what the person wants.
