The best career advice I have ever received was, "Don't be afraid to have crucial conversations." My advice to young women entering this industry is to believe in yourself and recognize that you already have the potential to succeed. Your journey may not begin with an impressive résumé or an extensive list of technical skills, but determination, curiosity, and a willingness to learn are powerful foundations for growth. Invest in building meaningful relationships, seek out mentors, and remain open to every opportunity to develop your knowledge and experience. Most importantly, stay authentic to who you are, lead with confidence and integrity, and trust that the right opportunities will come as you continue to grow, contribute, and pursue your goals with purpose.

Artificial intelligence presents both the greatest opportunity and one of the biggest challenges in my field today. While AI is transforming how organizations operate, there is also a significant amount of noise surrounding its capabilities, making it essential to approach new technologies with discernment and a focus on practical business value. Professionals must stay informed about emerging trends while thoughtfully evaluating how AI can improve processes, enhance decision-making, and increase efficiency. The key is not simply adopting the latest technology but identifying meaningful ways to add value within your organization by leveraging AI and innovation to solve real business challenges and deliver measurable results.
