01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

It's not for the faint of heart. It's not a quick moneymaker. You have to have empathy, ambition, a goal, and a passion for the kind of nonprofit. You have to have a plan, and understand that Plan A may not work so include several options. Partner with experienced nonprofits as cosigners since new ones won't get funds easily. It's a lot of training and each nonprofit needs different strategies.
