I attribute my success to my willingness to share knowledge and extend a helping hand to those who may need support. I believe that fostering collaboration and empowering others not only strengthens my team but also drives personal and professional growth.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the industry is to stay focused and intentional about their career path. Understand which therapeutic area you are passionate about and want to promote, rather than simply accepting a job because it is available. Choosing thoughtfully will help you build expertise, confidence, and long-term success.
