01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
An X is an X for a reason. Don't rehire people who previously quit as it often doesn't work out. Always keep moving forward with new people.

There's nothing that's not achievable. Whatever you put your mind to, you can do. Always keep your head up and keep looking for the stars.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Work-life balance is a challenge because people working under you don't always take the work as seriously.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Keeping it simple. Don't overwork yourself. Don't always feel pressured that you need to get everything done today.
