Zahra Hayat

Zahra Hayat serves as Chief Strategy and Revenue Officer at an AI-native startup company that specializes in an AI agent workforce platform. She has spent her entire career in IT and AI, accumulating over 20 years of experience. After graduating as a finance major, she began at Motorola in the Chicago area, working alongside software developers in finance roles. In 2008, she joined Microsoft, where she remained for over 16 years as a finance controller and contributed to significant organizational transformations through finance and strategy work. She now helps build the foundation and growth of her current company by developing strategic and revenue pillars while driving sales in chosen verticals. Beyond her professional roles, Zahra sits on the board of an NGO and participates in service work, including a recent trip to Kenya to observe projects on the ground.
