Her Story
About Zanetta
Zanetta Mungro is a talent manager and talent coach who represents social media influencers and guides children in acting and modeling. She attended school for apparel, design, and textiles, which led her directly into the fashion industry before her passion for helping others build themselves shifted her focus to talent coaching and management. In her current role, she helps influencers find creative direction, develop strategies, and build relationships with brands to generate income while expressing themselves creatively. She also coaches children on weekends, teaching skills to help them become their own billboards in the industry. Mungro draws from her own experiences and a supportive mentor to instill confidence in her clients, viewing them almost as her children as she helps them overcome doubts and blossom. Her community involvement includes delivering meals through Meals on Wheels, gathering and donating clothes to homeless shelters, and sharing plants and seedlings to encourage home gardening.
Her Interview
Ten minutes with Zanetta
01What do you attribute your success to?
What makes me feel successful is not money but the impact I get out of what I am able to offer others. I look at the creators I coach and manage almost as my children, helping them get out of their own ways, watching them grow and blossom, and seeing them really see it in themselves now. That gives me so much gratitude and makes me feel like I am doing exactly what I was supposed to be doing.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Trust yourself, trust your gut. Go into things with an open mind, knowing that you have the power to change it all. Don't let anyone throw you off. Know exactly who you are, hold your head up, continue taking steps forward. Give yourself grace because creative blocks and doubt are normal.
