About Zehira
Zehira Dadon-Sitbon is a global executive advisor, real estate investment broker, and real estate investor with 30+ years of experience leading complex programs, organizations, and cross-functional teams. She brings strategic discipline, analytical thinking, risk management, and execution experience from her semiconductor and technology career to both business advisory engagements and real estate investment decisions.
Throughout her career, she has managed multi-million-dollar budgets, global teams, and large-scale programs across the U.S., Europe, and Asia. Her experience spans strategy, program and portfolio management, PMO leadership, organizational transformation, change management, operations, risk management, and team development.
She has built and improved PMO organizations, prioritized complex portfolios, managed multiple concurrent projects, built effective teams, and created the structures and processes needed to improve execution and organizational performance.
Today, she brings this experience to advisory and consulting engagements involving management strategy, organizational effectiveness, program and portfolio management, change and transformation, risk analysis, leadership, and operational execution. Her advisory focus is on the management, organizational, and execution challenges that determine whether complex initiatives succeed.
In real estate, she works with investors and investment-minded property owners to evaluate opportunities, compare alternatives, assess financial and execution risks, and make informed, data-driven decisions. Her experience includes residential investment, renovation and value-add projects, land and development opportunities, and real estate investment strategy. She also brings firsthand investment experience from successfully acquiring, renovating, managing, and repositioning properties, giving her a practical understanding of both the opportunities and risks involved in real estate investing.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success and achievements mainly to curiosity; I really like learning new things and meeting new people.
I like learning and reading about different cultures and places around the world.
I'm always looking forward to figuring out my next step, asking myself what the next challenging thing to do is.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don't give up. It's not easy. The business is not easy at all; there's a lot of competition out there, but have a long-term goal and try to develop yourself toward it.

Today we have AI tools; we have the brokerage's education tools; webinars; online information, so just take it and run with it, and don't give up.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The first thing that I would think about is honesty. And willing to work hard and not just sit and expect things to happen to you.
