01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to a combination of passion, resilience, and hands-on experience. I truly love what I do, which makes it easier to stay committed and proactive in ensuring workplace safety. My career began as a welder, where I gained firsthand insight into the challenges and risks on construction sites. After experiencing an injury, I transitioned into safety management, channeling my personal experience into preventing accidents and protecting others. That perspective, along with continuous learning and collaboration with my teams, has allowed me to make a meaningful impact and earn recognition as one of MMR Constructors’ top-performing safety professionals.
