I am a multi-hyphenated consultant with two major careers spanning project management and talent acquisition, along with expertise as an IRS Enrolled Tax Preparer and Tax Strategist, retail management, customer service, and a current focus on becoming an Online Notary. Since April 2008, I have worked as a Consultant providing project management and talent acquisition services through Allevon Consulting in the Washington D.C. Metro area, and I have been a Tax Specialist with Allevon Enterprises since January 2000, now for over twenty-six years.

As a Project Management Consultant, I have provided technical expertise regarding Service Level Agreements by analyzing, documenting, and improving vendor processes, drafted project plans, managed tasks, time, resources, and costs, developed and implemented Disaster Recovery Plans for clients, and coordinated with multiple IT infrastructure vendors to ensure efficient service offerings in compliance with client policies. I have also researched support for projects, evaluated technical services, managed vendor relationships, monitored budgets, and created government proposals and RFPs.

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, I have recruited for firms nationally and internationally using a full-cycle process, with clients including SteelPoint-LLC, Nsight365, SIRC, Omnyon, Butler International, L-3 Communication Inc., Thomas & Herbert, CareFirst, Palladian Technologies, Randstad Source Right, Quadrant, Tribalco, Enspyire Consulting LLC, Expedia, and Talent Oasis.

As an IRS Enrolled Tax Preparer and Tax Strategist, I help individuals, self-employed professionals, and small businesses make sense of their taxes and feel confident about them. I specialize in tax preparation, tax planning, and IRS representation, with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and reducing tax stress. My clients appreciate my ability to explain complex tax topics in plain language, protect their information, and be available beyond just tax season.

I served as Project Manager at Capital One on a contract basis, where I played a pivotal role in executing and delivering customer-facing messages including email, SMS, and push notifications, working with LOB marketers and a copywriter and designer team to implement new messages from concept through delivery, managing and tracking key activities, and ensuring compliance with risk and process controls. I also served as Business System Consultant at INT Technologies supporting Wells Fargo, where I worked with the Wealth and Investment Management Intranet team as a liaison between lines of business and technical teams, identifying and evaluating systems and procedures to improve technical and business processes for greater efficiencies.

Earlier in my career, I served as Talent Acquisition Manager at Enspyire Consulting, LLC, where I strategically led the talent acquisition and talent management team, set the vision and strategy for national talent acquisition, built a data-driven recruiting organization, developed recruiting metrics and analytics, partnered with business leaders, and led and inspired a team across multiple locations.

I also served as a self-employed Consultant from 1998 to 2008, where I built the foundation for my consulting practice in project management and talent acquisition.
