Her Interview
Ten minutes with Zipporah
01What do you attribute your success to?
My faith in God hands down. That's the only thing that I can say to even explain it. My faith, my God, my trust in God and believing and having that spiritual relationship.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
For starting your own business, identify your why - why is this important to you, what benefit it brings. Consider it as a service. Set sustainable smart goals that you can track and monitor. For analytics career, pay attention to AI and how fast things are moving, keep yourself educated on needed skills. Requirement gathering will always be needed to train AI. Understand the why behind what you're solving for, not just being told what to do but understanding why it's important.
