Ten minutes with Zoe
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to resilience, perseverance, and the ability to adapt through life's uncertainties. There were times when the future was unclear, but each challenge became an opportunity to learn, grow, and land on my feet. Those experiences strengthened my determination and reinforced the importance of staying focused, embracing change, and continuing to move forward. Looking back, I am most proud of how far we have come and the foundation we have built through hard work, persistence, and unwavering commitment.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Young women entering the industry should be prepared to work hard from the very beginning, as dedication, persistence, and a strong work ethic create opportunities for long-term success. Equally important is having the confidence to advocate for yourself, trust your abilities, and never be afraid to speak up. While navigating a traditionally male-dominated industry can present challenges, staying resilient, refusing to be intimidated, and remaining committed to your goals will help you build a rewarding and successful career.
