About Zoe
Zoe Pearson is a solution consultant specializing in supply chain planning within the software industry. She entered the field of solution consulting in 2020 after beginning her supply chain career in 2018. Zoe earned an industrial engineering degree, which provided a foundation bridging engineering and business. Her early experience included internships that led to a full-time role at Frito-Lay, where she advanced as a supply chain leader overseeing teams in maintenance and distribution operations in the Denver metro area. She later transitioned to Oracle NetSuite, where her performance earned her recognition as Rookie of the Year runner-up in solution consulting. In her role, Zoe demonstrates software solutions to prospects seeking to shift toward planning strategies, collaborates with teams on AI agents and webinars, and supports mid-market companies across manufacturing, wholesale distribution, retail, health and beauty, and food and beverage sectors. She credits career breaks with helping her pivot and align her path more closely with her strengths.

01What do you attribute your success to?
Probably my parents. And, I mean, not even my parents, also my uncle as well. A lot of, like, family influence. You know, building my confidence, and being good role models, and… Yeah, just always kind of being my biggest cheerleaders.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Your 20s are for learning and your 30s are for earning. Take your time to figure it out when you're young. Have as many experiences as possible, and then in your 30s, you know, that's when you need to kind of get serious, and You have that time and that buffer, and your 20s don't need to be as serious as you think they do.
