Zoe Work is a senior brand and strategy executive in the professional beauty industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Brand and Strategy at Framesi. She has nearly eight years of progressive experience with the company, advancing from Director of Business Planning to executive leadership. In this role, she leads overall vision and strategy, ensuring alignment across departments to achieve company goals while staying true to the brand's North Star. Her expertise spans brand strategy, market positioning, marketing, product strategy, business planning, and salon-industry relationships. Earlier in her career, she worked in public accounting on the auditing side for construction companies, which provided a strong foundation in financial analysis and business management; she is a CPA. She holds an undergraduate degree in economics with a focus in anthropology from the University of Pittsburgh and a master's degree in accounting from Juniata College. She is a member of the Professional Beauty Association, Beauty Independent, and Cosmetic Executive Women.
