Her Story

About Zondra

I’m the Founder and CEO of Zondra TV Network—an award-winning global streaming television and media platform built to transform small business entrepreneurs from overlooked to unforgettable. As an Executive Producer, I create powerful, purpose-driven shows that elevate entrepreneurs onto major platforms like Amazon Fire, Roku, and Apple TV, giving them the visibility, credibility, and digital authority needed to compete in today’s fast-moving marketplace.

Over the past 8 years, Zondra TV Network has earned international recognition for excellence in television, talk show, and media—receiving our first global award in 2020 and achieving the highest honor in 2021. But this journey didn’t begin in media—it was forged through 40 years in corporate America, including 25 years with Intel and 15 years with DaVita, where I developed the leadership, strategy, and business acumen that became the foundation for building an award-winning media empire.

Today, my mission is far greater than television. I am called to teach entrepreneurs how to thrive in a digital-first, e-commerce-driven society by understanding one critical truth: your digital footprint determines your discoverability, influence, and growth. Media is no longer optional—it is the bridge to visibility, authority, and scalable success.

When God called me into media and communications, I answered boldly. I sold my primary home to pursue this vision—building not just a network, but a TV Media Academy and strategic pathway designed to help entrepreneurs stop wasting money on empty marketing promises and instead learn how to strategically grow, monetize, and expand their presence with purpose.

Zondra TV Network stands on ethics, affordability, and impact. My business model is rooted in creating real opportunities at accessible pricing because success should not be reserved for the few—it should be possible for the many. And our content reflects our values: if my grandchildren can’t watch it, we won’t produce it.

We are the home of positive programming—because the world already has enough negativity. Our mission is to empower, educate, and inspire people with content that helps them navigate business, life, and purpose with wisdom, hope, and strategic direction. At Zondra TV Network, we don’t just create shows—we create pathways to transformation.

01What do you attribute your success to?

First and foremost, I give all honor to God, who is the head of my life. Every success I have achieved is rooted in my willingness to remain open, obedient, and faithful to the calling placed upon my life. I believe true purpose requires courage, sacrifice, and unwavering trust—and I embraced that fully, even selling my primary home to bring this vision to life.

This journey was never simply about building a television network; it was about creating a TV Media Academy and a transformative pathway where others could do more than spend money chasing uncertain results—they could learn how to strategically build, grow, and generate lasting success. My mission has always been to create opportunity with purpose.

I also deeply value the extraordinary foundation of my 40 years in corporate America. My decades in corporate boardrooms provided me with invaluable wisdom, leadership, strategic insight, and business discipline. Those experiences shaped me, refined me, and equipped me to apply high-level corporate principles to entrepreneurship—ultimately allowing me to build a purpose-driven, award-winning business with excellence, integrity, and vision.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The greatest career advice I’ve ever received is simple yet profound: Let your work speak for itself, and the money will follow. Excellence, integrity, and consistency create a reputation that no amount of promotion can replace. When you focus on delivering true value, mastering your craft, and operating with purpose, success becomes the natural byproduct.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

One of the most transformative lessons any entrepreneur can embrace is this: get beyond your fear, your hesitation, and your self-doubt—because you are the brand.

Far too often, I hear entrepreneurs say, “I’d rather stay in the background,” or “I don’t want to be on camera, create videos, or step onto a talk show.” But the truth is, visibility is not vanity—it is leadership. You cannot build a powerful brand while hiding from the very audience you are called to serve.

Especially for women stepping into media, business, or leadership, it is essential to recognize that you are not separate from your brand—you are its most valuable asset, its voice, and its greatest resource. Your story, your presence, your expertise, and your authenticity are what create trust, connection, and influence.

If you are called to build something meaningful, you must also be willing to stand in the light of it. You have to own your voice, embrace your presence, and confidently become the face of the vision you are building. Because when you truly understand your value, you stop shrinking—and start showing up as the powerful brand you were always meant to be.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the greatest challenges I see today is helping people truly understand the power of strategic self-investment—especially in a rapidly evolving economy shaped by innovation, digital transformation, and AI.

As a thoughtful yet progressive entrepreneur, I believe every economic season brings change, and those who thrive are the ones willing to prepare for what’s next rather than freeze in fear. Right now, I see too many people seizing up during uncertainty when they should be positioning themselves for the next evolution. I’m not talking about careless spending—I’m talking about intentional investment in your growth, your visibility, your skills, and your ability to remain relevant in a changing marketplace.

AI is undeniably at the forefront of this new era, and I embrace its power. But I also believe in keeping AI in its proper perspective. While technology can enhance productivity, scale businesses, and create new opportunities, it does not replace human ingenuity, discernment, or purpose. There are gifts, industries, and callings that still require the power of human thought, expertise, and execution. AI is a tool—but it is not the total answer.

That’s why my message is clear: don’t freeze—evolve. Take what you already have—your expertise, your business, your talent—and elevate it to the next level. Learn how to leverage innovation without losing your unique human value. Build your presence beyond your immediate surroundings. In today’s digital economy, being known only in your neighborhood is no longer enough. You must position yourself nationally and internationally, because global visibility creates greater opportunity—and international dollars absolutely impact the U.S. marketplace.

My passion is helping entrepreneurs understand that the future belongs to those willing to invest in themselves, adapt wisely, and expand boldly. This is not the time to shrink back—it’s the time to think bigger, move smarter, and build a brand that reaches far beyond border

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

What matters most to me—in both work and life—is living with integrity, purpose, and responsibility for how your actions impact others.

For me, ethics is not a marketing strategy; it’s a way of life. I believe every decision in business should be rooted in service, fairness, and genuine value. I have built my business around a simple but powerful question: Can a small business with a limited budget afford what we offer? That mindset keeps me grounded. It reminds me that true success is not just about profit—it’s about creating access, opportunity, and transformation for people who are striving to build better lives.

I also believe that what we create matters. In a world saturated with noise, negativity, and destructive messaging, I have made a conscious decision that my platform will stand for something higher. My standard is deeply personal: if my grandchildren cannot watch it, it does not belong on my TV network. That principle reflects my belief that media should not simply capture attention—it should elevate minds, strengthen values, and positively shape the culture.
