What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute much of my success to the mentorship of Dr. Vince Rosner, who encouraged me to embrace leadership opportunities and helped shape my path. When asked about my most meaningful achievements, I’m most proud of the successes of my former students and the academic accomplishments of my children. Seeing them thrive is a reflection of the values I hold most dear—education, growth, and mentorship.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me—both professionally and personally—are service, community engagement, and making a meaningful impact. My involvement with various boards and nonprofit organizations, including the Little Miami School Board, the Warren County Career Center Board, and the Area Progress Council, has given me the opportunity to give back in ways that truly matter. These roles have allowed me to support education, workforce development, and community progress—areas I’m deeply passionate about.
