Currently serving as Vice President of Enablement & Education at Coupa Software, she drives workforce transformation by equipping customers, partners, and employees with future-ready skills. Danielle is deeply committed to enhancing customer success and adoption through innovative, scalable training programs that focus on upskilling, reskilling, and enablement across the global Coupa ecosystem.

Danielle’s impact in the field has been widely recognized—most notably as the 2023 “Social Learning Leader of the Year” and as a former President of the Customer Education Management Association (CEdMA). A graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Danielle also completed the Women’s Executive Development Program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
