Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to my drive to stand out and evolve—earning my master’s degree gave me a competitive edge, and my natural talent for sales helped me transition from copier sales to IT and healthcare consulting. I intentionally pursued business-to-business sales to build the experience and credibility that would shape my personal brand and open new doors.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received was to embrace and share my unique story—even if it doesn’t look like everyone else’s; my mentor encouraged me to speak about my journey, which led to me being invited to share my experiences on a company-wide panel.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering the industry is to stay true to who you are—authenticity builds trust, and when people know you’re genuine and always give your all, it leaves a lasting impression that sets you apart.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Trust, mentorship, and intuition are core values in both my work and personal life. I believe in building a culture where people feel supported and motivated—I often go with my gut when hiring or mentoring, and it’s led to great outcomes because when my team thrives, I thrive too.
