Jasmine Branch is the CEO and Founder of Tailor Made Tax Co., where she blends more than a decade of tax expertise with a deep passion for financial literacy and community empowerment. She launched Tailor Made with a clear mission: to restore integrity, trust, and education to the tax industry, while helping families, entrepreneurs, and small businesses gain confidence in their financial decisions. She believes that financial literacy is not just information — it is a tool for stability, freedom, and generational impact. Alongside her work at Tailor Made, Jasmine serves as a Senior Resolution Manager at Gallagher Bassett. She brings extensive experience in compliance, risk management, and strategic operations across multi-state environments. Known for her precision and professionalism, she has managed complex workers’ compensation and commercial litigation claims, ensuring strict regulatory compliance and delivering strong outcomes. Her leadership has been shaped by roles at respected organizations including Liberty Mutual, Sedgwick, and Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, where she developed deep expertise in claims management, liability evaluation, and operational quality assurance. Jasmine’s influence extends beyond her career achievements. She is dedicated to educating her clients and community, making financial concepts understandable and accessible. Her commitment to service is reflected in her volunteer work, where she and her children participate in initiatives supporting the homeless. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and continuous personal and professional growth. Jasmine holds an Associate’s degree in Nursing Science from Panola College and maintains active certifications in tax advisory, commercial insurance, and life insurance. Through Tailor Made Tax Co. and her ongoing compliance roles, she continues to champion excellence, empowerment, and financial education in every space she enters.

What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my passion for promoting financial literacy among the younger generation. I am deeply committed to empowering youth with the knowledge and skills they need to make informed financial decisions, and I am actively working toward establishing a nonprofit organization dedicated to this mission. My drive stems from a belief that early financial education can create lasting impact, and I strive to combine my expertise and dedication to inspire and equip the next generation for financial success.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Sometimes people can open doors that your accolades and accomplishments can’t. Don’t be afraid to put yourself out there, build genuine relationships, and create a strong network within your company — especially when you’re great at what you do.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Find a mentor who is truly invested in your growth and development, and stay focused on your own journey. Don’t fall into the trap of comparing yourself to your peers. Comparison breeds discouragement and self-doubt. Stay committed, stay teachable, and trust the pace and path meant for you.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
Launching a new company while managing a full-time career is undoubtedly challenging, especially as we prepare a developing team for the 2026 tax season. But I feel this time is an opportunity to grow, to build strong leaders, and to set a standard of excellence early on. The challenge is real, but so is the potential.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I value peace and stability in every area of my life. Maintaining a strong relationship with God and staying rooted in my faith allow me to live out those values consistently. My faith grounds me, guides my decisions, and helps me create a life and career aligned with purpose, clarity, and calm.
