Dayna Galganski is building a reputation as a systems thinker who helps organizations navigate the complexities of digital transformation. As Chief Executive & Principal Strategist of Seven Ten Strategy Group and a leader at the University of Florida, she works at the intersection of education, technology, and organizational change with a focus that is both strategic and deeply human-centered.
With more than a decade of experience spanning higher education, learning design, and enterprise technology, Galganski has become known for helping organizations modernize systems, break down silos, and translate complex challenges into practical, scalable solutions. At Seven Ten Strategy Group, the firm she founded, she advises organizations on digital strategy, systems integration, and workflow optimization. Her work centers on aligning technology, data, and human-centered design to improve decision-making, strengthen collaboration, and build more resilient operational models.
Her approach is grounded in what she calls a willingness to challenge assumptions and approach problems with both strategy and empathy. "I've always been drawn to complex systems and opportunities for improvement," she explains, "and I believe real progress happens when leaders are willing to rethink outdated processes and bring people together around better solutions." Galganski brings credentials in executive design leadership from the University of Pennsylvania, a perspective that blends strategic thinking with technical fluency. She holds a Master's degree from the University of Florida and a Bachelor's from Sam Houston State University.
Recognition for her work includes the Lastinger Center Great Gator Award and induction into the Hall of Honor, Class of 2021. Her athletic achievements are equally noteworthy: a two-time Academic All-American and four-time All-American who represented Team USA on the U20 squad and was inducted into the Palm Beach County Youth Hall of Fame.
She maintains active memberships in the Society for Learning Analytics & Research, the Association of College and University Educators, and the Institute for Infrastructure and Interoperable Data in Learning, reflecting her interdisciplinary approach to leadership.
