Throughout high school, Olivia actively engaged in extracurricular activities, including debate club, DECA, Spanish Honor Society, Kitty Hawk Honor Society, and AFJROTC. Passion, perseverance, resilience, and service shine through in everything she does. Known within her network as an influential, optimistic, and determined woman, Olivia embodies the harmonious blend of talent and dedication that defines a successful entrepreneur.
Committed to serving her community, Olivia has consistently embraced opportunities to help others. As a senior at Menchville High School in Newport News, Virginia, she completed her CCMA certification at the New Horizons Regional Education Center in Hampton, Virginia. This experience not only earned her the highest score on the NHA exam in 2018, but also provided her with scholarship opportunities to further her education.
When COVID-19 began impacting communities nationwide, Olivia felt a personal call to action. She paused her studies at Old Dominion University to become an At-Home Personal Care Aide, providing professional care and companionship. With experience supporting special populations—including individuals on the autism spectrum, children with Type 1 Diabetes, the elderly, and those with mental health concerns—Olivia understands the power of a positive network and consistently seeks opportunities to connect with like-minded individuals and collaborators for meaningful change.
Today, in 2025, Olivia R. Snipes continues to inspire through art, creativity, and authenticity, having been featured in MAXIM Next digital magazine. Her life demonstrates that talent, passion, dedication, and hard work can create lasting impact. Grounded in faith, perseverance, and a strong support system, she proves that anything is possible.
