Chapter 8: The Breakthrough Is Coming
Building Your Breakthrough: The Faith That Bridges the Gap Between Dreams and Reality
Chapter 8: The Breakthrough Is Coming
I’ve learned something in this journey: breakthroughs don’t just happen. They are built—one prayer, one action, one decision at a time.
When people look at this house, they see flowers, fresh curtains, a peaceful garden. But what they don’t see is the war behind these walls—the fight to keep believing when the rooms are still empty, the hustle to keep the dream alive when the bank account feels too small.
Right now, I’m living in the space between “It’s done” and “It’s coming.” And in that space, the only thing louder than fear has to be faith.
Every day, I wake up and prepare like it’s the day my phone will ring with the call that changes everything. I polish the floors, arrange the flowers, post a new photo online. I network, I show up to meetings, I send out emails, I make the calls—even when they don’t call back.
Because the breakthrough isn’t magic. It’s the reward for persistence when quitting looks easier.
Some nights, I stand at the window and imagine it—the doorbell ringing, families stepping inside, their eyes lighting up as they say, “This feels like home.” I imagine every bed filled, the house alive with laughter, the garden full of voices and stories. And I smile, because I know it’s not just a dream. It’s a preview of what’s coming.
Until then, I keep planting seeds. Seeds of effort, seeds of faith, seeds of hope. Because I know what the world calls waiting, heaven calls preparation.
And when the breakthrough comes—and it will—I’ll look back at this season and realize it wasn’t wasted. It was the chapter that built my strength, sharpened my faith, and prepared me for the abundance that’s on its way.
