Ashley Ferrin is an accomplished business professional, entrepreneur, motorsports enthusiast, and dedicated mother who believes that success is not simply measured by professional achievements, but by the lives we touch, the experiences we create, and the example we set for the next generation.

With more than 25 years of experience spanning hospitality, tourism, business operations, marketing, sales, and customer service leadership, Ashley has built a career around bringing people together, creating memorable experiences, and finding opportunities where others may see challenges. Her professional journey has taken her across the United States and internationally, providing her with a unique perspective on leadership, business, culture, and the importance of meaningful relationships.

Ashley currently serves as Tucson Client Services Manager for The Driver Provider, where she focuses on business development, strategic partnerships, client relations, and expanding opportunities throughout Arizona. Alongside her full-time career, she is the founder and owner of Windy Cove Tours & Travel LLC, a company built around her passion for travel, outdoor recreation, and helping others experience the world. As a Certified Travel Ambassador (CTA) for Arizona, she takes pride in showcasing the beauty, history, and adventure that make the Southwest such a remarkable destination.

Her entrepreneurial spirit extends into the world of motorsports. As Marketing Director for JSF Motorsports and a former Marketing Manager for Tucson Kart Speedway, Ashley has spent years supporting grassroots racing, developing relationships, organizing events, and promoting the racing community. For her, racing is much more than a sport—it is a family lifestyle built on dedication, hard work, teamwork, and perseverance.

Above every professional title, Ashley's most important role is being a mom.

Her two children are, and always will be, her number one priority. Whether she is cheering from the racetrack, supporting her children at karate, helping with school activities, or planning the next family adventure, Ashley believes that being present and involved in her children's lives is her greatest responsibility and most meaningful accomplishment.

As a proud race mom and karate mom, she understands the countless hours, sacrifices, early mornings, late nights, and miles traveled that come with supporting children's dreams. She believes those experiences teach lessons that extend far beyond the racetrack or dojo—discipline, confidence, sportsmanship, resilience, responsibility, and the importance of never giving up.

Ashley is also a proud military spouse, an experience that helped shape her appreciation for service, sacrifice, adaptability, and cultural understanding. Traveling the world with her family through military life provided opportunities to experience different cultures, meet extraordinary people, and develop a lifelong love of exploration and learning. Those experiences continue to influence both her personal philosophy and her professional approach to connecting with people from all walks of life.

When she is not working, volunteering, or attending her children's activities, Ashley is happiest outdoors. Hunting, fishing, camping, and exploring nature are more than hobbies—they are an essential part of her family's lifestyle. She believes that time spent in the outdoors offers a much-needed escape from the demands and distractions of everyday life, creating opportunities to reconnect with family, appreciate the natural world, and teach children independence, patience, respect, responsibility, and self-reliance.

For Ashley, some of life's most valuable lessons are learned around a campfire, on a fishing trip, during a hunt, or while exploring a new trail. She believes raising children with an appreciation for nature, a strong work ethic, and respect for the world around them helps prepare them to become confident, capable, and compassionate adults.

Giving back to the community is another important part of Ashley's life. She actively volunteers her time, supports youth activities, participates in school and community programs, and organizes charitable events and fundraisers. Through motorsports sponsorship initiatives, charity golf tournaments, and events benefiting organizations such as Toys for Tots, she enjoys using her professional experience and personal connections to bring people together for meaningful causes.

Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Outdoor Recreation, Parks & Tourism from Southern Utah University, along with associate degrees in Outdoor Activities and Veterinary Technology and a certificate in Land Management and Wildlife Management. She is also a Certified Trainer in Customer Service and Client Services, reflecting her commitment to professional development, mentorship, and helping others succeed.
