Guiding Principles for Success: Collaboration, Character, and Continuous Growth
I am so humbled and thankful to the Influential Women’s organization for acknowledging my career profile with such a great honor and making so many great things possible for all of us by transforming lives. I truly enjoyed the interview process with so many extraordinary and talented individuals. Moreover, I want to thank colleagues, leaders, customers, and acquaintances, past and present, with whom I have come in contact along the way. I am incredibly grateful for the professional inspiration each of you has provided throughout my career. Additionally, I want to outline some guiding principles that have provided value to me:
- Maximize every opportunity to work in collaboration with others, and you will surpass goals and expectations.
- I recommend you exhibit a strong work ethic on a consistent basis to improve your skills with a strategic focus. I’ve often observed that although some may start at a slower pace, these individuals can emerge as top performers, and formidable competitors.
- Character: How you treat others and encourage them during challenges, will be a direct reflection of your level of success and happiness.
- It is incumbent upon each of us to utilize new and innovative technologies as a resource, and never forget human interaction is the ultimate achievement of success.
- Enhance your overall quality of life through exercise, good nutrition, and socialization.
