Honored to be recognized by Influential Women.
Reflecting on a Career Dedicated to Making a Meaningful Difference in Multifamily Housing and Community Impact
I would like to extend a heartfelt thank-you to Influential Women for recognizing and featuring me as part of its 2026 cohort of women making meaningful impacts in their professions. ✨
My Journey in Multifamily Housing
This recognition feels especially meaningful as I reflect on my journey in multifamily housing.
I began my career as a leasing consultant, simply wanting to help people find a place to call home. Over the years, that journey has taken me through property management, regional leadership, and ultimately into affordable housing compliance, where I now have the opportunity to support communities across multiple states.
One thing that has never changed is my passion for people.
Housing is so much more than paperwork, regulations, and compliance reviews. It's about helping families find stability, supporting communities, and creating opportunities for people to thrive.
Grateful for the Support
I am incredibly grateful for the family members, friends, mentors, and colleagues who have supported me along the way. Your encouragement, guidance, and belief in me have helped shape both the professional and the person I am today.
Every opportunity, challenge, and lesson has played a role in this journey.
As the first-generation daughter of immigrants, moments like this remind me how far my family has come and how much can be accomplished through faith, hard work, and perseverance. I do not take any of it for granted.
While my story is still being written, my purpose remains the same: to make a positive impact on the communities and people I have the privilege of serving every day.
Thank you again to Influential Women for this incredible honor. I am humbled to be recognized alongside so many inspiring women who are making a difference in their industries and communities. 💜
