Our book, "Inspired to Climb Higher," was meticoulously crafted by eight women of different economic backgrounds who earned doctorate degrees. The women were all inspired by an unwavering determination to overcome, to make it through to the end and earn their doctoral degrees. The book provides practical advice and encouragement for students who are traveling the journey or contemplating it. Our goal was to inspire, prepare, and empower other women and men for the challenges presented by the doctoral journey.
