You are not blind to be kind.
In every moment, in every way, think of good things to say.

Every time a word or phrase comes up that is unkind, stop, look, and listen.
Press rewind.
Ask yourself, Was that kind?
It's not that hard.
It's not that rare.
Every now and again, you must tame that bear.
The soul is in control.
Mind, beware!
You must believe that every seed grows because it knows.
Life is a gift.
Yet so many treat it as a rift.
Just get real.
Here's the deal—
There's no immunity to unity!
Begin with yourself.
Be kind!
Stand tall like a tower.
Let your light shine.
You've got the power.
Life is not just to devour.
