Kylah Nelson is the Vice President of Lending at Baptist Health Federal Credit Union, bringing 16 years of lending experience to her role. She oversees the entire loan department, including loan officers, collections, the lending portfolio, indirect lending programs, and mortgage department operations.
Known for her hands-on leadership style and commitment to exceptional member service, Kylah works side by side with her team, personally assisting with mortgage closings, vehicle loans, and member support to ensure every individual receives the highest level of care and attention. Her experience spans every level of the lending process, from loan processing to executive leadership, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the industry and the needs of both members and employees.
