Listen to You
Discover Your Path to Total Wellness by Evaluating Your Mental, Physical, and Spiritual Health Daily.
Listen to Yourself!
Your mind, body, and soul (MBS) are essential components of daily functioning. MBS can be divided into three categories: mental health, physical health, and spirituality (“MHPS”). When you practice MHPS daily, you can achieve a state of “total wellness.”
Here are three questions to ask yourself to evaluate your total wellness:

- Physical: Are you able to move around without pain?
- Spirituality: Are you able to practice your spiritual faith?
Your response must be “yes” to questions 1 and 2 for you to be in a state of partial total wellness. If not, please seek professional help. This article does not replace the guidance and instruction of a qualified medical professional.
If you answered “yes” to all three questions—or to questions 1 and 2—you have the foundation to practice “total wellness.”

- Spirituality: How would you describe your spirituality?
