Living in the Now
Rethinking Our Reality: The Only Moment That Matters Is Now
In this place we call time and space exists everything we want—and everything we do not want. All your past and all your future are right here, in this moment. Within now lives both the good and the bad.
Under health lies sickness.
Under nature lies the attempt to destroy it.
Under the politics you support lies the opposition you reject.
Do you want Israel or Gaza, war or peace? You cannot have both—and neither leads to what is truly desired. Nothing is left out of this place we call our world.
If now is the only aspect of time that is real, how do you propose to fix it? What would you fix to make it right?
And what if you were wrong? What then?
It is impossible to fix the world with positive thinking, because beneath every positive exists everything negative—and everything unwanted. If you seize only the positive, you leave the negative for the rest of us. Is that really what you want?
It is us who need the adjustment—not anything else. The illusion is our own. It is not out there.
It is time to learn how to make another choice—and clean up this mess.
