Love You Zindagi "Supporting Emotional Healing & Inner Peace"

Reclaiming Your Voice: A Journey from Self-Sacrifice to Self-Love

From People-Pleasing to Purpose: The Courage to Choose Yourself

We were taught to be good girls. To say yes when every part of us meant no. To keep the peace, even at the cost of our own. To put everyone else first and call it love, call it duty, call it who we are.

It worked, for a while. We became the ones people could count on. The fixer. The listener. The one who shows up. And somewhere in all that showing up for everyone else, we stopped asking the one question that mattered most:

"What do I want?"

Not what keeps the house calm. Not what keeps her happy, him comfortable, or them from being disappointed in us. What do I want? It is a small question. It is also the one we trained ourselves not to ask because, somewhere along the way, wanting anything for ourselves started to feel like taking something from someone else.

It isn't. It never was.

This Isn't Theory. It's Lived.

I didn't arrive at this understanding from a book. I arrived at it the way most of us do: by living too long on the other side of it.

My path into healing began in 2014 with Reiki-learning to work with energy, presence, and the body's own capacity to restore itself. That practice opened a door I didn't know was there, and in 2017, I walked further through it, into holistic healing through the modalities of Shiv Yog: yoga, meditation, breathwork, and emotional and spiritual wisdom, woven into one way of being well.

I am a yoga teacher (RYT-200) registered with Yoga Alliance, a wellness coach, a holistic healer, a meditation guide, and a Reiki practitioner.

I don't speak from perfection. I speak from having done the work of unlearning-one layer, one boundary, one honest conversation with myself at a time. Transformation, I've learned, isn't about becoming someone new. It is about coming home to who you already were, underneath the conditioning. I am, and I will always be, a student, continuing to learn from global leaders and teachers like Abraham Hicks, Dr. Joe Dispenza, Eckhart Tolle, Louise Hay, Dolores Cannon, Ishan Shivanand, and Dr. Tara Swart.

Pause. Become aware. Reconnect. Choose yourself. Rise into your purpose.

Let's Say the True Thing Out Loud

Choosing yourself isn't selfish. Setting a boundary isn't rejection. Saying no-clearly, kindly, without a ten-minute apology attached to it-isn't unkind.

It is self-respect. It is awareness. It is freedom.

You belong in your own life, too.

I created Love You Zindagi for this.

Because every person deserves the space to pause. To heal. To rediscover the strength that was always there, underneath the roles, the responsibilities, and the years spent putting everyone else first. My mission is simple, and it is not small: to help women question the old patterns, reclaim their voices, choose themselves without guilt, and awaken the power that has been within them all along-to live with greater awareness, grow with courage, and embrace the beauty of being exactly who they are.

Pause. Breathe. Become aware. Then ask yourself: "What would change if I finally chose me?"
