Nashville Woman Competes for Face of Halloween to Benefit Children’s Charity
Nashville Hospitality Professional Competes in Face of Halloween Contest to Support Starlight Children's Foundation

As a hospitality professional here in Nashville, I’ve always loved finding ways to bring people together, whether that’s through creating memorable guest experiences, leading a team, or simply adding a little extra spark to everyday life. This fall, I’ve taken on a very different kind of challenge: I am competing in the national Face of Halloween Competition.
At first glance, the contest may look like just a fun celebration of Halloween and creativity (which it absolutely is!), but it also carries a deeper purpose. Each contestant has the chance to bring attention to and raise support for the Starlight Children’s Foundation, a nonprofit that provides comfort and joy to children facing long hospital stays through toys, books, and resources that help them feel less alone.
Why I Chose to Compete
Halloween has always been one of my favorite times of year; it’s about imagination, courage, and stepping into something bold. When I learned about this competition, it felt like the perfect way to combine something playful with something meaningful. Not only do I get to represent Nashville on a national stage, but I also get to shine a spotlight on a cause that makes such a difference for children and families.
How the Competition Works
Voting is simple and free; supporters can cast one free vote each day. There is also the option to make a donation vote, with every dollar going directly to the Starlight Children’s Foundation. The further I advance in the rounds, the greater the opportunity to showcase Nashville and the impact our community can have when we rally behind a cause.

Why It Matters to Me
In my professional life, I’ve worked hard to grow in leadership roles, from cruise lines to luxury hotels here in Nashville. My work has taught me the value of teamwork, authenticity, and resilience, qualities I’m now carrying into this competition. For me, this isn’t only about winning a title. It’s about showing that when we take chances and put ourselves out there, we can inspire others and create ripples of impact far beyond ourselves.
How You Can Help
If you’re reading this, I would be so grateful if you took a moment to vote and even more grateful if you shared the link with friends or family. Every single vote brings us closer not just to a win, but to brighter days for children in hospitals who need a reason to smile.
Nashville has always been a city of dreamers, doers, and storytellers. I’m proud to be a small part of that spirit, and I hope you’ll join me in this journey.
