Breaking Free from the Past: Reclaim Your Power and Embrace Your Future
Most of us inadvertently invest a significant portion of our mental energy revisiting the past—reliving setbacks, childhood wounds, and disappointments. While reflection can be a valuable tool for growth, dwelling excessively on these experiences often causes us to lose sight of the bigger picture that is unfolding in the present moment. The adversary, whether it’s self-doubt, regret, or guilt, aims to steal our joy by planting seeds of inadequacy and undermining our confidence in our unique talents and potential. According to Isaiah 43:18 'Do not call to mind the former things, Or consider things of the past.
I want to remind you that your past does not define you. You are not confined by the pain or trauma you've experienced; rather, you have the power to shape your narrative and choose how you respond to your history.
According to, Isaiah 43:19 See, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs up; do you not perceive it? I am making a way in the wilderness and streams in the wasteland. You sharing your story, acknowledge what happened without becoming trapped in the hurt- cause God got the glory out of your story.
