Sexual Pleasure at the Expense of Self Respect 💋 By Elaine Elle Espinosa ©️ 2026

Breaking Free from the Chains of Mental Abuse and Reclaiming Your Inner Strength

As You Know by Now, as a Survivor of Mental Abuse

I have been severely abused since my teenage years and throughout my early adult life. I finally managed to break free from the demonic forces my stepmother was trying to implement. She was trying to instill self-doubt and destroy my empowerment as a young woman during my teenage years and early adult life (my 20s). My thoughts, emotions, and overall future were being compromised by her desire to control me emotionally and mentally. I felt as though I were being buried six feet under. I was her absolute slave.

I strongly believe that mental abuse can be much more sinister than physical abuse because there is a fine line between mental destruction, which can cause total harm, and the physical abuse that many victims endure. But don't get me wrong: both are extremely destructive to a person's life. However, I strongly believe that the mental aspect can be more evil.

Understand that the human brain is made up of intricate networks of blood vessels and electrical impulses that work with the heart and nerves. Those impulses are crucial for the body to function properly, but once damage occurs, the body can go into "domino mode."

Each area of your brain can become weakened or damaged, potentially causing swelling or intense, unimaginable migraines. When your emotions become involved, too, your thought processes can lead to deep, troubling thoughts, such as suicide, self-harm, deprivation, depression, anxiety, and trauma that can lead to extreme terror and feelings of worthlessness. You can reach the point where you feel like their slave, not daring even to glance at your abuser or whisper their name.

It is a force so powerful that, seriously, these evil people will allow demonic forces to take over their own bodies, minds, and even souls just so they can control you to the fullest extent.

"I AM THAT SURVIVOR. THOUGH I BROKE FREE, I HAVE NEVER BEEN THE SAME. I MAY BE BROKEN PHYSICALLY, BUT NOT SPIRITUALLY."

So, when a victim falls into that environment, that place becomes a danger zone. When you are absolutely 💯 weak-minded, experiencing total brain fog, and unable to recognize that you are a person of value and self-respect, you may seek validation from the wrong people or in the wrong places.

You seek love, thinking it is genuinely honest love, but in reality, these men will devour your soul for their pleasure alone. You are left empty-hearted once again. 💔 It is not a happy feeling when you realize that the men you choose to be in relationships with do not see those relationships the same way you do. For them, it is not a relationship at all; it is just a moment of pleasure.
