There was a woman walking through a dark path.

She didn’t know where it led, only that she couldn’t stay where she was.

Then she looked down.

In her hand, she saw a lantern.

It wasn’t bright enough to light the whole road—just enough to show the next few steps.

But the lantern only gave her a little bit at a time.

So she walked anyway. Step by step.

Each time she moved forward, the lantern stretched just enough to reveal more ground.
