The Women Leading in the AI Age: A Call for Executive Voices
Seeking senior women executives to share lived leadership experience and participate in applied case studies on executive decision making in AI accelerated environments.
Artificial intelligence is reshaping strategy, culture, and executive decision-making at an unprecedented pace. While much of the public conversation focuses on the technology itself, far less attention is given to the women leading through this acceleration at the highest levels.
As an executive coach and founder of Style Slowly Collective™, I am developing a book focused on female executive leadership in the AI Age. This project centers on lived experience: how women executives are recalibrating judgment, redesigning decision architecture, and sustaining authority in environments defined by technological compression and algorithmic visibility.
The book is grounded in The Slow Power Leadership Framework™, my executive coaching architecture built on clarity, connection, and Conscious Momentum™. Through this lens, it examines:
- Strategic recalibration in AI-driven landscapes
- Cultural leadership under digital scrutiny
- Ethical complexity within emerging systems
- The disciplined pace required to sustain durable authority
In addition to receiving regular in-person or virtual executive coaching to apply the framework, participants will have the opportunity to test the Slow Power Leader app (beta) in real time. The goal is to document practical case studies demonstrating how the app supports executive judgment, strategic pacing, and authority under pressure in AI-driven environments. All attributed material will be shared for review and approval prior to publication.
If you are a senior leader navigating AI-driven transformation and are open to sharing your experience, I would welcome a conversation. The AI Age will be shaped not only by technology, but by the caliber, clarity, and courage of the women leading within it.
