Today’s Woman
From Old-Fashioned to Empowered: A Woman's Journey of Strength, Purpose, and Reinvention
I used to think I was old-fashioned, but now I think differently.
My wisdom comes from a long line of ancestral strength and a powerful lineage.
Looking back now is also looking forward. With deep appreciation for everything I learned growing up, I now see it as power and encouragement. I understand that the old ways blend into the new ways, and that is what makes women stronger.
It is the challenges we endure throughout life—and overcome—that help us grow into stronger versions of who we already are.
There was a time when women did not have a voice. Today, women are the voice. Women are leaders, innovators, and forces of strength.
I began my journey at 17, working in a health club, where I realized how much I loved helping others.
That journey has lasted a lifetime. The importance of health and fitness is more crucial today than ever before. I worked for some of the largest and most influential health clubs, managing all aspects of nutrition and fitness.
After years in the industry, I attended ISSA to study sports science, health, and fitness.
Today, I am beginning a new chapter by attending Duke University to pursue my master's degree in sports science, health, and fitness. I have also created a product line designed specifically for women 50 and older.
As an ambassador for world-renowned heart specialist Dr. Stephen Gundry, I have learned invaluable lessons that I now want to share to help others heal and thrive.
My second journey began in my mid-20s when I opened a limousine company, competing against some of the largest companies in Atlanta, Georgia. My company, First Impression Limousines, became the number one luxury travel company in the area.
I believed in going the extra mile to create unforgettable experiences for my clients. Whether it was placing roses in the vehicle for a woman, preparing beautiful baby baskets for families bringing home a newborn, or creating thoughtful touches for special occasions, I always wanted people to feel valued and appreciated.
To me, success is not only about achievement—it is about showing people that you genuinely care.
My third journey of success brought me to Beverly Hills, California, where I learned the film and production industry behind the scenes at some of the highest levels of filmmaking.
Today, I find myself on the other side of that industry—in production and acting—and creating my own film franchises, fulfilling a dream I have carried since I was three years old.
I never truly felt I needed to work for someone else because I focused on building my own vision, creating opportunities not only for myself but for others as well.
With only half my journey complete, my greatest hope is that every woman discovers her true beauty, power, and purpose.
We all arrive in this world with unique gifts and designs already within us.
My wish is that every woman embraces what she was always created to be.
