Understand your nervous system before it forces you to!
How AI and neuroscience can help us recognize burnout before it becomes overwhelming.
The Reason
Burnout. Low energy. Fatigue. Depression. The list goes on.
Can we detect what the nervous system is trying to communicate?
That was the question I started with.
Working in fast-paced environments can have lasting effects that gradually creep up on you. Then, seemingly out of nowhere, even getting out of bed can feel overwhelming.
How Can I Help?
I began asking myself: What if we could recognize the signs that lead to energy depletion before they become overwhelming? What if we could identify those signals early through a more personalized approach?
"We are unique in our own suffering, but the signs are common." — Me
Establishing a baseline is the first step. From there, it's possible to measure meaningful deviations that may indicate changes in physical or mental well-being.
As a software engineer, I did what I know best: I built something.
I created NeuroPath.
What I'm trying to build is an intelligence layer between human physiology and AI—one that enables people to understand themselves with the same depth that modern AI understands information.
Self-awareness is a gift, and I believe technology can help make it more accessible.
If you're interested in AI, neuroscience, digital health, or the future of personalized intelligence, I'd love to connect.
