My ability to unify teams across Sales, Marketing, and Operations, and my focus on creating systems that drive measurable growth, has allowed me to scale businesses and create meaningful impact for partners.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Be open to unexpected career paths and seize opportunities as they come. On-the-job learning and mentorship have shaped my approach to leadership and professional growth.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Take opportunities when they come, and when you succeed, “send the elevator back down”—create chances for others to sit at the table. Be open to non-linear paths and embrace learning through action.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The challenge and opportunity lie in building scalable systems that feel personal for partners while navigating increasingly competitive markets. The ability to align cross-functional teams and deliver strategic support at scale is critical.
