She currently serves as Senior Director of Strategic Sourcing – IT at LogicSource, Inc., where she leads sourcing initiatives that support large-scale enterprise clients and oversees IT procurement strategies across multiple brands. In this role, she focuses on optimizing IT spend, managing supplier relationships, and delivering strategic value through areas such as hardware, software, telecom, and enterprise mobility. Her expertise includes complex contract negotiations, global supplier relationship management, and total cost of ownership analysis for technical products.

Throughout her career, Kelly has demonstrated a strong ability to navigate complex procurement environments and build impactful supplier partnerships. I attribute my success to maintaining a growth mindset and nurturing a genuine curiosity in all that I do. I approach every opportunity and challenge with the intention of being the best version of myself in every interaction. I hold deep respect for my colleagues, clients, and stakeholders, and I lead by example, guided by integrity. For me, success is rooted in intentionality—showing up authentically, communicating honestly, and acting with transparency in every engagement.

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to remain strong, stay curious, and always be authentic. I strive to carry these principles into every role and interaction, letting them guide my growth, decision-making, and the way I connect with others.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to approach every interaction with honesty, authenticity, and integrity. Be intentional in how you show up, and strive to be the best version of yourself in every situation—both professionally and personally.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is seeing the tangible impact of my efforts come to life. I feel fortunate to be in an industry that offers both challenges and opportunities for growth. From my early days as a senior funder in the mortgage industry to where I am today, I’ve been able to expand my skills, take on new responsibilities, and continue advancing my career.

Family is at the core of my life, and I strive to be a strong example of leadership for my daughters. Transparency, honesty, mutual respect, and authenticity guide me in both work and personal life.
