About Tanya
Tanya Huglife is a Belarus-born entrepreneur, Founder & CEO of Your Body Can LLC, and a holistic health and wellness leader based in the United States. She is a mother of four and a dedicated coach who helps women reconnect with their bodies, restore their health, and rebuild confidence through sustainable, science-based holistic nutrition and lifestyle strategies. Her work focuses on supporting women through weight loss, autoimmune recovery, metabolic reset, and overall well-being, with the goal of helping them create lasting transformation from the inside out.
Her professional journey began in corporate finance and global markets, where she spent 10 years working on a trading floor surrounded by over 3,000 professionals in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Coming to America with big aspirations from a young age, she built her career from the ground up while working multiple jobs during college—often balancing three roles at once and working up to 75 hours per week before securing her place in the international trading and investment industry. Her experience in financial markets, operations, and corporate strategy shaped her discipline, analytical thinking, and resilience in demanding environments.
Her life took a pivotal turn after becoming a mother of four, including twins, when her health began to decline due to an autoimmune condition that left her physically unable to continue in her demanding corporate role. Faced with chronic symptoms and limited answers, she chose to step away from her dream career to focus on healing through a holistic, non-pharmaceutical approach. That decision became a transformation point in her life. Today, and for over a decade, she has been helping women heal, regain their strength, and reclaim their identity through her online comprehensive health & weight loss program.
She created her signature online Nutrition & Fitness program long before COVID made everyone go online. Busy moms and corporate moms could work out from the office or with kids in their arms at home, making the weight loss and healing process a breeze—with no time wasted getting to the gym, waiting in lines, or sitting in traffic.
She has served hundreds of women through group nutrition coaching programs, all conducted through the Facebook platform.
Tanya stands out with her 24/7 access to coaching and support, always saying, "What matters most is what happens outside training and coaching sessions!"
She took some of her best marketing strategies and advice from top businessmen, including author and speaker Gary Vaynerchuk, Daymond John—a Shark Tank investor and entrepreneur—and, most recently, the Rudy Mawer team, media producers and celebrity marketers.
She is now building an automated global platform designed to scale her impact internationally, with a structured home-based wellness system that allows women to transform their health while caring for their families—right from their own homes. A digital program that has it all and eliminates the guesswork for women.

Ten minutes with Tanya
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute much of my success to my children. They are my greatest motivation and the driving force behind everything I do. They inspire me to keep going, continue building my business, and help as many women as possible.
From overcoming disability and reclaiming my health to building a successful health coaching practice, every step of my journey has been fueled by a desire to be the best example I can be for them. They remind me daily why perseverance matters and why creating a better future for our family is worth every challenge along the way.
They are also the reason I prioritize my health. I want my children to see a mother who is strong, healthy, energetic, and fully engaged in life. I lead by example through consistent exercise, mindful nutrition, and making intentional choices about the foods I eat. Staying active, taking care of my body, and maintaining my health are not just personal goals—they are part of the legacy I hope to pass on to my children.
My children are not only my inspiration—they are my reason to keep growing, striving, and making a positive impact in the lives of others. They motivate me to become the healthiest, strongest, and best version of myself every day.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I ever received was to keep moving forward, no matter how small the step.
There was a time in my life when I was struggling with my health and could barely walk without pain. I couldn't do intense workouts or make dramatic changes, so I started with what I could do—one minute of movement, simple Qigong and Tai Chi exercises, and small daily actions.
That experience taught me that success isn't built through one massive breakthrough. It's built through consistency. Even when you can't see the results yet, you keep showing up.
Today, I apply the same principle to business, health, and life. My advice is simple: make your goal a priority and do something every day that moves you closer to it. Small actions, repeated consistently, can completely change your future.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering the health and wellness industry is to focus on building real knowledge and real results before chasing followers or popularity.
Never stop learning. Invest in your education, gain experience, and work with as many people as possible. The more people you help, the more you will understand that every person is different and there is no one-size-fits-all solution.
Don't be afraid to start small. When I began, I didn't have a big audience or a large business. I simply focused on helping one person at a time and delivering the best results I could.
Most importantly, stay authentic. People don't need another perfect expert. They need someone they can trust. Your integrity, consistency, and genuine desire to help others will take you much further than any trend or social media strategy ever will.
I would also encourage young women not to take their health for granted. When you're young, it's easy to assume you'll always have your energy, strength, and vitality, but good health is something we should value and protect every day. You only get one body in this life, so make your health a priority.
And just as importantly, don't compare yourself to others, especially on social media. Every woman has her own journey, strengths, and unique qualities. No one else has your experiences, your perspective, or your purpose. Instead of measuring yourself against others, focus on becoming the best version of yourself. Your individuality is your greatest asset, and the world needs what only you can offer.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest opportunities in the health and wellness industry today is that information has never been more accessible. People can learn about nutrition, fitness, and healthy living from anywhere in the world, and technology allows professionals to reach and help more people than ever before.
At the same time, one of the biggest challenges is information overload. There is so much advice available online that many people feel overwhelmed, confused, and unsure of who to trust. Every day, they are exposed to conflicting opinions, trending diets, and quick-fix solutions.
I believe the future belongs to professionals who can simplify the process, provide evidence-based guidance, and help people create sustainable habits that fit their real lives. People are not looking for more information—they are looking for clarity, accountability, and support.
As health professionals, our responsibility is not just to educate, but to help people turn knowledge into action and create lasting change.
One of the biggest challenges in the health and wellness industry today is the impact of social media on body image and self-esteem.
Every day, women and girls are exposed to highly edited, filtered, and increasingly AI-generated images that create unrealistic expectations of what they should look like.
I had many teenagers and mothers reach out to me because young girls were struggling with their self-esteem and feeling as though they were not good enough. In some cases, this constant comparison can contribute to anxiety, depression, loneliness, and other serious mental health challenges.
One of the most important parts of my work is helping women understand that comparison is a losing game. We are all built differently, and beauty cannot be reduced to a single body type or a number on a scale.
I remind my clients that there is only one person in the world with their exact combination of experiences, personality, strengths, and appearance. Nobody else is living in their body or seeing the world through their eyes. Instead of chasing someone else's image, I encourage women to focus on becoming the healthiest, strongest, and most confident version of themselves.
The greatest opportunity in our industry is shifting the conversation from appearance to true health, self-respect, and long-term well-being.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that are most important to me are health, family, and helping others.
Health is my number one priority because everything starts there. I often tell women that taking care of themselves is not selfish—it's necessary. What can we truly give to our children, our families, our clients, or our communities if we are exhausted, unhealthy, overwhelmed, or struggling ourselves?
When you feel healthy physically and mentally, you show up differently. If you feel good, the whole family feels good. Your spouse feels it; your children feel it. Your clients feel it. Your energy affects everyone around you. That's why I believe that taking care of yourself is one of the greatest gifts you can give to the people you love.
I always encourage people to focus on their mental health first because lasting transformation begins in the mind. Change your mindset, and you can change your life. That's why my website carries the slogan, "There is no healthy body without a healthy mind." In my experience, true health starts with mental and emotional well-being, and when we take care of our minds, it becomes much easier to take care of our bodies and every other area of our lives.
Family is also one of my core values. My children are my greatest motivation and the reason I continue to grow, learn, and strive to become a better person every day.
Finally, I believe in helping others. My mission has always been to help people improve their lives through health and wellness. I truly believe that if we can change the life of one person, that person can go on to positively impact many others. That's how real change spreads.
For me, service has always come before money. Throughout my career, if I believed I could genuinely help someone who couldn't afford my services, I often did. That's how I started, and it's something I still do today. The greatest rewards in life don't always come from what we earn—they come from the lives we touch and the difference we make.
