I started my journey as a digital influencer in November 2021, during the peak of COVID, when I was a new mom, feeling very bored and anxious. I wanted to do something to keep myself occupied and regain my confidence, so I began posting on Instagram about my passions for dance and modeling. What I began casually evolved into something more meaningful when I realized I could use the platform to use my voice through the Captions, spread light during such dark times and inspire others. I've been fortunate to see people around me got inspired by what I do, whether it's something small or big, and that motivated me to reach even more people through digital media. Over time, I started collaborating with small businesses in areas I'm passionate about, like fashion, clothing, jewelry, and food, helping them with publishing and promotion. In 2022, I became Runner-up for Mrs. India Florida, which taught me the importance of stepping out of my comfort zone. That was the turning point of my life where I started realizing to choose my pain to power. I hold a Master of Social Work and worked in AR solutions from 2023 to 2025, though I realized that true career satisfaction comes from doing what makes you happy. Before getting my work permit, I volunteered with non-profit organizations like Seattle Tamil Sangam in the year of 2015-2016 and served in Bellevue Shirdi Sai Sansthan temple. At Present I have been Featured as one of a Leader in 40 under 40, by New York Weekly Magazine of 2026 issue. Right now, I'm focusing on building something new that will benefit many people while continuing to use my platform to inspire others to follow their hearts and find genuine happiness.

Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I really dedicate my success to my God Sai Baba, My late Grandpa K.S.Rajagopalan, My Parents Ravichandran & Meenakshi, My Brother Aravindh, My Husband Shiva Subramaniam, My kid Reyan and to all My Family Members. Without God & my Family support, I don't think I could have done all these things so far. My parents raised me in a way that taught me lessons, both good and bad, that I've been able to apply mostly good things in my real life. I understood that what we think that’s how of what we become. Taken good things as lesson and bad things as Learning helped me to reach this level. I’m forever grateful and thankful to all the amazing people I met in my life.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I would give, based on my own experience, is to “Do the Job that makes you happy, satisfy your soul and never leave your passion alone”. Before I started working at AR Solutions from 2023 to 2025, I desperately wanted to get a job because I was in need of some Job and Money. It was going good for six months, but then I somehow realized, this job was a dream of my 22 years of my old self that I got it during my 33 years of life. I realized I was either overqualified or that wasn't my path. My life experience has taught me many things, one of the main thing is Money is not everything that make us happy. Having personal passions apart from financial stability that made me happy.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Just follow your heart, don't follow AI, because human skills are more capable than AI, I believe in that. Follow what your instinct and your heart says, because at the end of your life, you have to satisfy yourself not to please or impress others. Have a dedication and sincerity towards your goals and work on it. Remember every single battle of what you’re going through is watched by God and it’s worth it if you don’t give up. Because there is a saying, “Big things take time”.! All we need to have is Patience, Faith and work on each and every day. One day, when you least expected, It will pay you back in a big way. Even if the world is against you, just follow your heart and do good deeds.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest challenge for me is that I am a lazy person, practically speaking, Coming out of my comfort zone was challenging and sometimes it is difficult to do so many things in a day. I realized and work on it every day by doing one things at a time towards my goals that worked out for me in a healthy way. Also there is always a comparison and noises of outside world will be there. It’s all depends on how I choose to react and what I should take it in my mind matters. Choosing peace over noises and pain over power made me strong and growing as a beautiful woman of who I’m today. When it comes to opportunities, I realized that life is full of opportunities. There were a days I thought it was my second chance, so I have to use it in a proper way to fulfill my childhood wishes. But then I realized over the years of growing up, Life is full of opportunities, there is no second or third chance. It’s all about how we use it and choose the direction of which way we want. Based on our choice, our life will become!!

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Honesty, Faith, patience and Kindness is more important to me. If I'm genuine to myself and to my goals, that's what counts, whether it's in my personal life or professional life. If something makes me happy, that's the real satisfaction. It's okay to fake it to the world sometimes, because not everyone deserves the answer. But that doesn’t mean that we have to be rude, Kindness is very important in this world. Also balancing work, family and passion is more important. Some days we feel like we’re not 100% perfect but that’s okay. It’s all about balancing all these situations not perfections.
